CANCELING A STUDY PLAN
If you signed up for a Standard or Plus study plan you can discontinue it at any time prior to the next billing cycle. You will retain the full use of the account for the remainder of the purchased days, but the billing will be discontinued right away. To cancel your study plan please sign in to your account and complete the cancellation process in the Student Corner in “Profile & Billing” area. If you signed up for an Unlimited study plan you can cancel it at any time before the annual renewal date. The Unlimited plan is substantially discounted with broad privileges because it is a pre-paid annual plan. You will retain full use of the account for the remainder of the year, but future billing will be discontinued right away.
