For some readers, the message of the New Testament is far removed from the message of Moses given in the Torah. Yet the New Testament breathes the same spirituality of ancient Israel, addressing the same topics as does its predecessor – the Hebrew Bible. To see those connections, you must first dig deeper in order to understand the profound messages of Torah as they were first intended to be understood by their original audience.
What elements of the relationship between God and His people in the Hebrew Bible have fallen out of use in modern Christ-following communities? Where have Western minds distorted the original Israelite thought? How can the vitality of our relationship with God be regained and revitalized? If you are hungry, come and drink of this precious life-giving water! Make an investment in your life that you will never regret.
