REFUNDS
Refunds are not offered under normal circumstances. Customers are encouraged to follow the cancellation procedure outlined below to discontinue their subscription if necessary. Refunds are strictly limited to subscriptions purchased directly through call center representatives. If a subscription purchased through the call center is canceled within the first 7 days, a refund will be issued; however, after this 7-day period, no refunds for call center purchases will be granted under any circumstances.
CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION
If you signed up for a monthly subscription, you can discontinue it at any time. You will retain the full use of the account for the remainder of the purchased days, but the billing will be discontinued right away. To cancel, please sign into your account and complete the cancellation process in the Student Account in “My Profile” by choosing the "Cancel" tab. If you signed up for a yearly subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the annual renewal date. The yearly plan is substantially discounted with broad privileges because it is a pre-paid yearly plan. You will retain full use of the account for the remainder of the year, but future billing will be discontinued right away.
