REFUNDS
There are no refunds. Instead, follow the cancellation procedure (below).
CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION
If you signed up for a monthly subscription, you can discontinue it at any time. You will retain the full use of the account for the remainder of the purchased days, but the billing will be discontinued right away. To cancel, please sign into your account and complete the cancellation process in the Student Account in “My Profile” by choosing the "Cancel" tab. If you require special assistance, please request it through a form on the CONTACT US page of the IsraelBibleCenter.com website.
If you signed up for a yearly subscription, you can cancel it at any time before the annual renewal date. The yearly plan is substantially discounted with broad privileges because it is a pre-paid yearly plan. You will retain full use of the account for the remainder of the year, but future billing will be discontinued right away.
