How can we respond when we’re mad at God? How can we praise the Lord in the midst of life’s many challenges? Throughout the ages, the Psalms have been a rich source for worship and theological reflection in Jewish and Christian traditions. In this course, we will closely study key Psalms that represent the full theological richness of the Psalter, with an eye to how ancient manuscripts, translations, and commentaries can help us understand the texts in fresh ways.

The Psalms were taught in Sunday School and were dull. But the insight of this lesson was so educational and very much appreciated by me because I am seeking to understand the word the way it is explained. Most of those who teach the classes in Sunday School don't have a clue and only go by a shallow study that leave so much that damages the worth of the word.

Ps 1 more developed than Ps 2…would be great if Ps 2 also was a bit extended
