Rabbi Dr. Juan Marcos Bejarano-Gutierrez is a rabbi, scholar, and electrical engineer who has been a board member of the Society for Crypto-Jewish Studies and is currently director of the B’nei Anusim Center for Education. R. Dr. Bejarano-Gutierrez discusses the complexities of Jewish and Christian identities from ancient times until today, from the challenges of Hellenism to the deepest horrors of the Inquisition and the new realities of modernity. His special focus on forced converts and secret Jews gives him a unique perspective on Jewish-Christian relations and history.
