In other respects, they diverged greatly as they based their beliefs about life after death on the stories of their respective God/gods.
Join us for a gripping discussion of this most unavoidable set of human questions! We delve into the Hebrew Bible, Greek mythology, Second Temple Period Jewish literature, and more as we seek to gain a more accurate understanding of these ancient teachings and traditions. The Roundtable Talk is hosted by Dr. Yeshaya Gruber and features Dr. Cyndi Parker and Dr. Nicholas Schaser of the Israel Bible Center.
